    I took one policy for my patents who were old and who goes to doctor check ups regularly.Being an insurance agent she never sells us insurance product,She suggest the best suited policy based on our criteria and never force us to go and take one for her sake.She suggests policies not based on our financial position,who got bunch of knowledge on what she does.She answered all the questions and helped us to understand how they work when needed.She took complete responsibility when we have to use for my mother and settled the claim really fast.These qualities made me take 2 products one for myself and other for in laws too and we always prefer her for our travel insurance plans too which makes our parents foreign trips tension and hassle free.
