Kudos to Jordan Andrades... I had a fantastic experience with Niva Bupa when my son was hospitalized. Jordan provided excellent support with regular follow-ups with me, keeping me updated throughout the process. As usual I assumed the hospital would handle the cashless process easily, but Jordan's knowledge and supports help me to verify with the hospital team, ensuring everything was in place. His proactive approach and knowledge were truly impressive. I am grateful for Niva Bupa's efficient processing and Jordan's dedication to customer care.
