I had an exceptional experience with Rajesh from HDFC Ergo, and I genuinely feel he deserves recognition. My father was hospitalized for nearly 20 days, and it was an exhausting and stressful time for our family. On the day of discharge, the hospital sent the final bill for insurance approval quite late around 10:30 PM. We were already drained and really didn’t want the process to spill over into the next day. Despite the late hour, Rajesh stepped in and handled everything immediately. Within just 5–10 minutes, he helped get the approval sorted so we could go home the same night. That level of responsiveness and commitment is honestly rare. What stood out the most is that he treats claims like they’re for his own family. This isn’t a one-time thing I’ve taken multiple insurance policies through him, and he has always been dependable and proactive. I would 100% recommend Rajesh to anyone looking for insurance. Having someone like him on your side makes all the difference when you actually need support.
